"I called on a Monday to schedule a consult for an urgent eye enucleation surgery. Even though Dr Underwood was fully booked, the staff at KMVS worked me in on Tuesday for a consult and surgery on Wednesday. The consult was quick and efficient- I met with both Dr Underwood and Dr McDonald who explained in depth the options we had with surgery. I checked in with the surgery tech Jenn the next day who was fantastic as well. She was very patient and thorough as I had many concerns/questions with the surgery and recovery. Also would like to shout out the practice manager, Leigh, for speaking with me after the consult and being so kind discussing my payment options since it was a big unexpected expense."
